Refund Policy

Synclingo is digital software, licensed to you and made available immediately after purchase.
1. No change-of-mind refunds after activation
Once you activate or download the Software, we do not offer discretionary "change of mind" refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights, which we honour in full (below).
2. Your statutory rights (which we always honour)
- 14-day withdrawal (before activation). If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for a full refund until you activate or download the Software. At checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate provision and to acknowledge that, once activation or download begins, this withdrawal right is lost. Until you give that consent and begin using the Software, the right applies.
- Faulty or misdescribed software. If the Software is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund at no cost to you.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will correct it.
3. Discontinuation by us
If we discontinue the Service during a period you have paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund of the unused period, to the extent required by applicable law.
4. Payments and how refunds are made
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature; where a refund is due to you, we will process it, including by sending it to a wallet address you provide. Payments via Telegram Stars are also subject to Telegram's own rules and refund mechanism. Where a refund is owed by law, we will make it within 14 days using, where possible, the original method or one you specify.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback on a delivered license may result in revocation of the License Key and suspension of the Account, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
